Arcadia Resorts is a private 26-acre ranch estate located just outside the DFW Metroplex, offering the perfect blend of Texas ranch charm, modern comforts, and resort-style amenities. Surrounded by open countryside, a tranquil pecan grove, and expansive outdoor spaces, this unique DFW ranch retreat provides an unforgettable destination for weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, receptions, and group getaways.
Designed to host both large gatherings and overnight stays, the ranch comfortably accommodates up to 60 guests. The estate features a spacious main ranch house with 12 bedrooms, 11.5 bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to 30 guests. A separate guest ranch house offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 15 additional guests. For larger events, the adjacent banquet hall can provide overnight sleeping arrangements for up to 15 more guests using rollaway beds.
More than just a venue, Arcadia is a true Texas ranch experience. Guests can enjoy breathtaking sunrise and sunset views across the property, stroll through the scenic pecan grove, and relax in the peaceful surroundings that make this ranch near Dallas–Fort Worth feel worlds away from the city.
Inside the ranch homes, guests will find a gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and professional-grade stainless-steel appliances, spacious living areas, a 70-inch HD television, and a large game room featuring a pool table, air hockey, arcade games, and board games.
The ranch also offers a variety of resort-style amenities, including a swimming pool, hot spa, fitness center, volleyball court, and expansive green meadows perfect for outdoor recreation. Our Party Barn (The Rustic Charms) is a perfect venue for your Reception, Quinceanera, Birthday party or a family reunion while the Rendezvous is great fit if you're looking for a cozy ceremony with fewer guests or want to hold a corporate conference or a retreat.
We are right off of Hwy 114 on the way to Bridgeport from DFW and ~15 min drive from Texas Motor Speedway, Alliance Airport and within 30 minutes of drive from DFW Airport, Southlake, Westlake, Roanoke, Trophy Club, Arlington and Fort Worth. It's still within a reasonable driving distance from the cities like Flower Mound, Irving, Addison, Carrollton, Richardson, Plano and Frisco.
