Arcadia Resorts is a resort-style ranch estate set on 26 scenic acres just outside the DFW Metroplex, where open countryside, a tranquil pecan grove, and expansive gathering spaces come together to create an extraordinary group getaway. With two spacious ranch homes and accommodations for up to 60 guests, Arcadia is designed for the moments that matter most—elegant weddings, joyful family reunions, memorable receptions, and refreshing corporate retreats. The resort includes a main ranch house, which features 12 bedrooms with 20 beds and 11.5 bathrooms (5 king beds, 6 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 4 bunk beds, 2 queen sleeper sofas, and a baby crib) to comfortably sleep upto 30 guests (24 adults and 6 kids), along with a 3-bedroom and 3 bathroom guest quarters just behind the main home that accommodates up to 15 guests with 4 queen beds, 2 king beds, 2 bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa, plus sleeping arrangements for additional 15 guests in the adjacent banquet hall using rollaway beds.
Set in a peaceful rural setting,The ranch offers breathtaking sunrise and sunset views while providing modern comforts such as a spacious kitchen with quartz countertops and professional-grade stainless steel appliances, a living room with a 70-inch HD TV, and a large game room equipped with board games, a pool table, air hockey, and arcade games.
Guests can also enjoy premium amenities including a swimming pool, hot tub/spa, and a fitness center. Nature lovers can explore the expansive green meadows, practice morning yoga or meditation under the pecan grove, or enjoy outdoor activities like volleyball, making this a perfect blend of relaxation, recreation, and unforgettable group experiences.

We are here to help you create memories for life with any kind of celebration, big or small. Our Party Barn (The Rustic Charms) is a perfect venue for your Reception, Quinceanera, Birthday party or a family reunion while the Rendezvous is great fit if you're looking for a cozy ceremony with fewer guests or want to hold a corporate conference or a retreat.
We are right off of Hwy 114 on the way to Bridgeport from DFW and ~15 min drive from Texas Motor Speedway, Alliance Airport and within 30 minutes of drive from DFW Airport, Southlake, Westlake, Roanoke, Trophy Club, Arlington and Fort Worth. It's still within a reasonable driving distance from the cities like Flower Mound, Irving, Addison, Carrollton, Richardson, Plano and Frisco.
