The Resort
A home away from your home.
This resort style ranch house offers 21 beds (4 King beds, 5 Queen beds, 2 Twin beds, 4 Bunk beds, 3 Single day beds, 1 Baby Crib) and 10.5 Bathrooms. It can accommodate up-to 30 guests (24 adults and 6 kids ). We can also arrange sleeping arrangements for additional 20 guests in the adjacent banquet hall with single beds (Total: 50 guests capacity). You can enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunsets in a rural setting and yet pamper yourself with modern day amenities such as a spacious kitchen with quartz countertops, professional grade stainless steel appliances, Living Room with a 70" HD TV, spacious Game Room (with tons of Board games, Pool table, Air Hockey, Arcade etc.), Swimming Pool, Hot Tub/Spa and a Fitness Center.

You can connect with nature by strolling through our sprawling 26 acres of lush green meadows or bring your yoga mat to do your morning yoga or meditation under Pecan grove while enjoying the heavenly sunrise. You can burn off calories by playing a game of volley balll with your friends or family or work out in the fitness center while enjoying your favorite music.
Event Venues
Be it a pool party, or an event in a ranch style setting, or an event in an indoor AC space or an event in the nature's venue. This resort offers multiple event venue options to host your next event with your loved ones. The Pecan grove with Arbor is a perfect tranquil place to exchange vows or to hold an outdoor music event. You’ll love the amazing views and natural shade in the summer months. The bridge provides a lovely backdrop from the main house or place for guests to connect with nature and take in a deep breath of fresh Texas air. We are here to help you create memories for life with any kind of celebration, big or small. Our Party Barn (The Rustic Charms) is a perfect venue for your Reception, Quinceanera, Birthday party or a family reunion while the Rendezvous is great fit if you're looking for a cozy ceremony with fewer guests or want to hold a corporate conference or a retreat.
We are right off of Hwy 114 on the way to Bridgeport from DFW and ~15 min drive from Texas Motor Speedway, Alliance Airport and within 30 minutes of drive from DFW Airport, Southlake, Westlake, Roanoke, Trophy Club, Arlington and Fort Worth. It's still within a reasonable driving distance from the cities like Flower Mound, Irving, Addison, Carrollton, Richardson, Plano and Frisco.
