Check-out Instructions:

1. Check-out time: Check-out time is 10 AM CST unless otherwise discussed with the management before your arrival. The cleaners will be there right at the check-out time to start cleaning the home for the next guests. So, please plan to check out before your check-out time.

2. Trash: Please ensure that all trash is disposed of in the designated trash dumpsters. You can easily locate the large trash dumpster right next to the gravel road behind the house. If there’s any loose trash left on the floor or in the open areas, or if there are any stains in the home, there will be additional deep cleaning charges.

3. Bedsheets: You DO NOT have to strip the beds. 

 

4. Towels and Washcloths: We'd appreciate it if you could leave all the used towels, and washcloths in the laundry basket.

 

5. Dirty dishes: We'd appreciate it if you could load and run the dishwasher. 

6. Locks: Please lock the home by pressing the lock button (with the logo) on the Smart lock (or let it automatically lock) before leaving the house. But, please pull the doors to close properly so the automatic lock can work properly.

 

7. Windows: Please close windows if opened during your stay. 

8. Electrical: Please make sure to turn off lights and fans in all the rooms. Go, Green!

9. Water Faucets: Please make sure to turn off all water faucets in the kitchen and all bathrooms.

10. Your belongings: Please check that you have all your belongings before you leave. The Arcadia Resorts is not responsible for the loss/damage of any of your belongings. ​
